The magic continued as the guests moved to the salon for cocktails while our team seamlessly transformed The French Room for the reception. Simple yet elegant table settings featuring Italian glass tumblers, white florals, and plenty of candles adorned the room. Of course, planning a unique wedding comes with its share of challenges. One such hurdle was figuring out escort cards for a single giant table. Our creative solution involved an escort card display with a clear acrylic diagram of the room, complete with flowers and tags showcasing each guest's seat. The result was functional and a delightful addition to the décor.

The festivities flowed, and everyone indulged in a Gatsby-esque after-party at The French Room Bar with DJ RomiQ after dinner. But of all the cherished moments, one that stood out was an unexpected incident that turned into a delightful memory. During the reception, the couple and a few vendor team members found themselves stuck in an elevator! The fire department came to the rescue, and when they were finally freed, the bride playfully had the firemen carry her out. The hilarity continued as they descended the stairs to find Julian waiting with trays of tequila shots and Ranch waters, and the bride exclaimed, "This is the best thing ever!"

Liz & Nick originally dreamed of an epic weekend celebration in Lake Como. However, daunted by the complexities of international planning, they decided to keep it intimate and local in Dallas with their closest 48 guests. Their vision was to create a destination wedding feel without leaving the city.

With their hearts set on keeping everyone together and simplifying logistics, the couple fell in love with The French Room Restaurant—an exquisite space that perfectly matched their desires. A harpist welcomed guests to the ceremony, and a classic string quartet and vocalist set the tone. Surrounded by candlelight, love, and beautiful music, it truly felt magical.
